Axiom Leadership Programme
Leadership development for people with disabilities. Enhancing self-belief and capacity to be an authentic, worthy leader whilst demonstrating this truth to others.
For organisations to thrive, they need more diverse representation in leadership and management roles, and this 5-month programme provides an accelerated way to prepare your future leaders with disabilities for the road ahead.
Through various learning methods, participants develop compassionate leadership behaviours (Atkins and Parker 2012), focusing on relationship and communication development.
Research shows that compassionate leadership results in more engaged and motivated staff with higher levels of well-being (West, 2021).
