Disability ConfidentDisability Confident is a national campaign initiated by the DWP in 2013.

This bite sized lunch and learn presentation will guide you through the 3 levels of the scheme, detailing the practical do’s and don’ts for the recruitment and retention of disabled people.

Disability Awareness, Inclusive recruitment & Reasonable Adjustments

Disability Awareness and RecruitmentThis one-day disability awareness training programme aims to help learners understand more about recruiting and retaining disabled people.

  • Creating a more inclusive workplace.
  • Ensuring your recruitment processes are accessible to all and what reasonable adjustments are.

When there is no continuous service required for someone to go to an Employment Tribunal, then you need to ensure your recruitment procedures are correct in the first place to avoid costly mistakes.

With approx 20% of the population having a disability, and many of those are ‘invisible disabilities’, are you confident enough not to attend this one-day masterclass?

Disability Awareness and Customer Service Masterclass

Disability Awareness and Customer Service MasterclassDisability awareness training aims to help learners understand more about what disability is and how the different types of disability can provide unique ways to ensure that you provide excellent, inclusive customer service to disabled people.

Disabled people are the largest minority group and bring with them over £274 billion (that’s $13 trillion globally) of purple spending power – that is, the spending power of disabled people and their households.

It makes business sense to tap into this spending pool and provide a product or service that will attract disabled people to come back time and time again.

All courses or workshops, except for the mental health first aid courses, can be tailored specifically with your organisation in mind and the nuances that may impact your business or customers.

Courses are designed for small groups of delegates, up to a maximum of sixteen. This allows for maximum development and participation, and are available face to face or online.

Without the assistance of coaching, a course alone will not have a lasting impact on creating an inclusive culture with a sense of belonging.

A coaching package can easily be bolted onto any of the following courses and should be discussed when having your free initial conversation.
